Happy New Year! We’re feeling well-rested after the holidays, but ready to focus on the future of The Great Trail once again.

Today, we look back at some of our most popular stories – and Trail sections – of the past 12 months, including Toronto’s Waterfront Trail, the Pinawa Trail in Manitoba and the Chief Isadore Trail in British Columbia.

Frequent contributor Daniel Baylis also takes us to the Atlantic coast and shows us the joy of letting go of routine and taking time to explore the Trail or, as he puts it, “the art of wasting time”.
