Week of 01/10/2022.

This week, the smaller horizontal directional drilling will continue along William Law Road north of the laydown yard and off of Bryce Road. Access road and stabilization work will continue at the substation off of Big Hollow Road, and our crews will continue erecting the structure at the O&M building off of William Law Road. Collection line cable deliveries will occur through the first half of the week, and our crews will commence trenching at the southwest area of the project off of William Law Road in the second half of the week. 
About the Bluestone Wind Farm 
The Bluestone Wind Farm, currently under construction in the Towns of Sanford and Windsor, is a wind-powered electric generation project consisting of up to 26 wind turbines. The project site will also include approximately 13 miles of access roads, 36 miles of 34.5 kV (kilovolt) collection lines, a 34.5 kV collection substation, at least one permanent meteorological towers and an operations and maintenance facility. For the first year of construction, project construction activities are legally limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Sundays and national holidays, except for specific activities where timing is governed by safety or continuous operation requirements. Please note that construction plans may change due to local and state weather conditions; if this occurs, we will provide updates as soon as they are available.

For safety reasons, including COVID-19 protocols, members of the public are not allowed onsite to register complaints with Bluestone Wind-affiliated workers outside of the locations identified below.
