AdBytes – connecting with our community
Grüezi

Expectations regarding user experience rose massively when mobile devices took over. For the creators of apps new skills were required to transform mouse-pointers, hover states and browser-compatibility into tap targets, gestures and platform-compliant design patterns.

Today, the way how we interact with products and services becomes less and less screen-based, which brings the purpose of human interaction design back to its origins: solving problems by designing the interaction between human and machine.

How can we interact with or control a system without a visual interface? From users with special needs we learn to find alternative ways and eventually how to make products and services accessible for them. How can we have a natural conversation with a computer? We are not there yet, but the progressing technology, increasing use of data in combination with self-learning elements are providing an ever-better service, which recognizes your tone of voice, your dialect or even your mood.

We invite you to learn more about AdNovum's approach to these topics in this month's AdBytes newsletter.

Kind regards,

Accessibility – making services accessible for everyone

We believe that accessibility is an essential aspect when developing software. Accessibility enables all users to interact with the product or service and barrier-free products and services reach more customers.

TWINT AG ensures the accessibility of its mobile app

In order to develop the mobile app barrier-free, TWINT contracted the accessibility services of AdNovum. AdNovum performed accessibility and usability tests to identify barriers along with implementing solutions.
