More to follow
We are still recruiting a Mrs Higgins - if you are interested in auditioning for this part, or know of anyone who might be interested, do get in touch (we need someone who can pass as a lady in her sixties). We are also looking for a few more women for the ensemble - the more the merrier!
We are also still recruiting band members; in particular we are looking for: flute, trumpet, pianist, double bass, percussion but also have space for: oboe, clarinet II, bassoon, horn, harp, and any further string players. If you are interested in joining the band, or have any suggestions, please get in touch with our Musical Director Mark Pim (email@example.com).
Christmas Show (December 8th): This year marks 50 years of Imperial shows in Budleigh, so it seems this might be an appropriate time to offer a memento show to incorporate members from all generations. If you are interested in compiling, directing, choreographing or performing in any capacity, please contact Kirsty Bennett (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Gilbert and Sullivan Marathon: Next Easter time we are aiming to hold a Gilbert and Sullivan Marathon in London (weekend date to be confirmed) – all 13 Gilbert and Sullivan Operettas back to back (with Trial twice). If you are interested in helping with the organisation of this event please get in touch. A venue has already been secured.
Summer Tour 2019: We would like to have this organised by the time we are on this year's summer tour, so all proposals are welcomed soonest.
Very best wishes,
Kirsty, Ian, Tanya, Bee, Robert and Iain
The Imperial Productions Committee.
