Friday march 16th the team was welcome in Nijmegen at HAN SENECA, sport medical partner of the team. The day started with presentations of Robert Kempers (sport medical), Joep van Kesteren (bike fitting) and Rob van der Werf (sports nutrition).

After a healthy lunch supplied by Smaakrijk Nijmegen it was time for some tests.
The girls went through the 'meetstraat' and had a first meeting with a 'DEXA' scan.

The girls worked well together and with a last effort of Chanella Stougje in the final of the race, Lorena Wiebes could sprint to a 4th place in this World Tour race, an outstanding result! You can watch the summary of the race here.

A hard race on the schedule for our riders. Not every race is like you expect it to be, and so was this edition of Gent-Wevelgem. The girls learned a lot from the race and take all the experiences with them to the next races. To watch a summary of this race click here

The race was hard and cold but Anne, Anna and Nancy could make it to the finish line. Unfortunately Lorena, Marit and Meike couldn't after some unlucky moments. Dwars door Vlaanderen was the first race back in the peloton for Nancy, after racing in Valencia in the beginning of the season. Nancy could manage to finish the race and the team is happy with her progress.
