Guardian Angels
At morning assembly, we have been talking about Guardian Angels. In honor of the feat of Guardian Angels we thought parents may enjoy the article linked below by Franciscan Media.

"Perhaps no aspect of Catholic piety is as comforting to parents as the belief that an angel protects their little ones from dangers real and imagined. Yet guardian angels are not only for children. Their role is to represent individuals before God, to watch over them always, to aid their prayer, and to present their souls to God at death."

Next Wednesday is the Living Rosary

October is the month of Mary.
This month includes the feasts of Our Lady of the Rosary (October 7), as well as those of Blessed John Paul II (October 22), and Blessed Marie-Rose Durocher (October 6), both great devotees of Mary. October also begins with the memorial of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus. The French Carmelite once wrote that she was drawn especially to Mary, not so much because she is Queen of heaven, but because she is our mother. Let us, with …..all God’s saints, this October and forever, rejoice that we are children of so great a mother.

Join us next week as we honor our holy mother with the living Rosary on Wednesday October 10th at 6:30PM in the church
