Lunch Starts at 11:30-11:45 this year so all Lunches should be dropped off before 11:15.

Drinks dropped off may not be in a cup with a lid and straw, only bottles or boxes are allowed.

Parent Teacher Conferences
Teachers have sent out sign-up sheets for conferences.
Please note that all parents must attend conferences for each of their children.
There will be noon dismissal on October 17th, 18, and 19th.
Cold weather is around the corner!

Just a quick note on uniforms.
There are several outerwear options.

There is a school jacket, a school sweatshirt and a school sweater that can all be worn in cold weather.

There is also a Spirit Sweatshirt than can be purchased in the office and worn.

Students may not wear non-uniform jackets, sweatshirts or sweaters in the classrooms. Students also cannot wear long sleeve shirts that show under their uniform shirts.

Please plan ahead for the colder weather and make sure you have some school outerwear for your children.

Other Considerations:
Please also remember that uniform socks are white. Girls may wear black ankle length leggings under their skirt in cold weather.

Also there are school sweatpants which you can purchase and students can wear these on PE days.

Uniforms provide important teachable moments and working together, home and school, can provide some life lessons. As stated in the handbook, “School uniforms serve several purposes including limiting distinctions based on dress. More importantly they are a tool by which, together, we can teach the students about proper grooming, specifically that in every situation in life it is important to understand what clothing is appropriate and what is not.”
