2019-2020 Registration due by March 1st

Dear Parents,

This year is flying by and it is time to plan for the 2019-2020 school year. As educators, we are committed to you and your students and challenge ourselves daily to provide an excellent and challenging Catholic education. We had a great Open House with lots of interested families and so now is the time to secure your spot for next year.

Many of you who attended Open House had the opportunity to not only visit your child’s classroom but also visit with next year’s teacher. It was wonderful to hear how excited you were about this year and also the opportunities your child would have next year. If you did not get to come to Open House we would be happy to meet with you and introduce you to your child’s teachers for next year so you can share in excitement of knowing what lies ahead. The teachers do amazing things working together building on the foundations of the previous year and every grade has some special activities and traditions which are unique to their grade.

Your family is important to us and we look forward to your return for the 2019-2020 school year. Please complete your registration as soon as possible so that we can secure your spot for next year!

Please note that online registration is due by March 1. Returning students who are registered through the online portal on or before March 1 will be charged a reduced enrollment fee of $450 per student. Returning students who register after March 1 will be charged the enrollment fee of $500 per student. Please note that a space for your child will be reserved until March. After that date any available spaces will be open to new applicants.

You will find the new tuition and fees on the school information form. We have kept raises as low as possible and in line with cost of living projections. As always there will be financial aid available for those who qualify.

This year we will again be processing all registrations through our online enrollment portal. You will find the link for this on our school website www.saintcolumbanschool.com under the Parents tab, called “online registration portal”. You will use your Sycamore username and password to access this.

Online Registration Portal - During the registration process, enroll your students, update your family information, enter emergency contacts (please provide at least 2), update medical information, and electronically sign all school agreements. Please note that the emergency cards will be printed from the information you provide online. This makes it essential that all emergency contacts and their accurate contact information is entered.

If you need any help with the online registration please contact the school office to arrange for assistance. We will have a computer station set up and are available to assist you.
