Thanks for supporting our artists!

Last month, we held our first annual Spring Arts Festival and Juried Show. We had an array of talented artists on display at the Maple City Bowl in Hornell. To those of you that made it, thank you so much for coming out to support these artists. To the artists, thank you for bringing out your work on a cold day and showing the Hornell Area that the arts are still alive.

Artists were awarded as listed below:

Best in Show 1st Prize went to Lucciano Brundu ($500) for his Walking Stick
2nd Prize went to Jack Brown, Bone Carver ($250)
3rd Prize went to Paige Moreland ($150) for her Quilling piece
Honorable Mention went to Ashley Carney's Insect Drawing ($50)

Student Winners

2nd Prize went to 5th Grader Mia Mikolajczyk ($75) for her Birch tree painting
3rd Prize went to 6th Grader Laura Flaitz ($50) for her Turtles in Water painting
