I hope you are enjoying the month of August, with new energies and new happenings starting in the Fall.  As we do our best to recover from the Pandemic Market,  we now make decisions about whether our kids go back to school or continue remote learning, and whether offices will open their doors or continue a work-from-home approach. Will things go back to normal in the Fall, or in 2021? These changing times continue to influence the NYC Real Estate marketplace.

 
NYC is in the midst of a REINVENTION. We have an opportunity to reinvent government, to reinvent the way we work, to revive what our city once was, and to reinvent trust and accountability.

The Opportunity Buyer and the Motivated Seller continue to take hold of today's marketplace. Mortgage rates are at an all-time low.
