What a fantastic start to 2021! NYC is beginning to climb back to it's full potential with indoor dining slowly opening up and the real estate market continuing on a positive trend. Low interest rates, significant inventory and increased affordability can all be attributed to 2021's strong start to the year.  January 30th-February 5th was the best first week of February since 2015 and January 2021 was the best year for Manhattan sales since 2014. And it doesn't hurt to mention that were in the top 25 Corcoran Salespeople for January 2021.

It also pleases me to say that January was the strongest month for $5M+ sales in a year-and-a-half and I was was one of the top ten sales! My buyers for this sale are extremely lovely people and I'm incredibly happy for their purchase at the Woolworth Tower.
