Do you know students struggling to make major/career decisions?   Let them know about the FREE Career Counseling available for students who are located within the state of Missouri* via Zoom! This is a service that goes beyond our regular drop-ins with Career Specialists. Our Career Counselors are counseling psychology graduate students who provide students with ongoing one-on-one career counseling support. There are six Career Counselors now taking appointments, ready to assist students with a variety of career, academic, and personal-related concerns.

Eligible students can sign up through MU Connect for a 30 minute intake session with one of our counselors (follow this link or use the "Services” Tab and  search for Career Counseling in the search bar). Email careercounseling@missouri.edu if you have questions or need assistance with helping a student make an appointment.

*Career Counselors are only eligible to provide counseling services to people in Missouri. If you are a student at Mizzou and currently are outside the state of Missouri, you are welcome to visit with a Career Specialist (see https://career.missouri.edu/connect/).

In the COVID era, there are many new challenges job seekers face. Students must contend with fewer employment opportunities, navigate online interviewing practices, and carefully weigh job stability, health and safety considerations. The MU Career Center recognizes that there are many unique challenges during this unprecedented time and we are here to support MU students.
