Happy Spring! Learn how we are springing into action in 2021 with exciting programming updates, new partnerships, internship opportunities and ways to get involved in our August events.

We've partnered with the
Kid Link Riverside Program powered by Sioux Falls Thrive to offer kids programming on March 30 from 5-6:30 p.m. CST at the Sermon on the Mount Mennonite Church (1512 E Mulberry St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103) across from the Laura B. Anderson Elementary School in Sioux Falls, SD. Join us for the following activities made possible by our Move To Heal SD Lead Volunteer Instructors and performing artists. 
  • Option 1:  1st-5th Grade: Combo Movement/Mindfulness Class 
  • Option 2:  Kindergarten and under: Kids Story Yoga & Movement 
  • Healing Performing Arts Mini-Showcase featuring three soloists and a group performance from the Youth Team at Balleraena Dance Studio
  • Youth Team: "Dreams" choreographed by Eric John Campros
  • Sonnet Gripkey: "Unbroken" choreographed by Madeline Scott 
  • Paris Rasmussen: "Ooh Child" choreographed by McKenzie Kock
  • Natalie Pepper: "Survivor" choreographed by Thomas Nguyen

  • Option 2:  Kindergarten and under: Kids Story Yoga & Movement


Did you know that April is National Parkinson Awareness Month?

We are partnering with South Dakota Parkinson Foundation for their new online educational series throughout the month covering a variety of different topics pertaining to Parkinson's disease.

Join us on April 1 at 10am CST for a short presentation from our founder and mindfulness techniques led by our Lead Volunteer Instructor, Jill Fries! 

These are all free and will be done through Zoom. You can attend as many as you would like. Registration is required for reach session you would like to attend and once you do so a Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to the presentation.


We’re looking for interns to support a variety of areas, including graphic design, social media, website management, event coordination, volunteer management and communications.

Internships will go from May to August 2021.
