There's Still Time to $ave!

Don't you love friendly, furry, and adorable animals? That’s one of the reasons why Groundhog day attracts thousands of people to watch the famous groundhog Punxsutawney Phil climb out of his hole to look for his shadow.

This year, Phil predicted an early spring when he didn’t see his shadow. Whether or not Phil is accurate, winter is still in full swing! If you call ener-G-save today or fill out our online contact form, we can assist you with scheduling your free home energy assessment. This will give you the chance to save money on your heating bills during this last leg of winter, and give you a head start on saving money on cooling for the summer. Give us a call: (413)-279-9141.

Question: Your heating system is the largest energy user in your home. What is the second largest energy user in most homes?

Possible Answers: Refrigerator, Water Heater, Television and other Electronics, or Lighting

Correct Answer: In most homes, the water heater is the second highest energy user.

A high-efficiency water heater is a great choice to reduce energy use, ensure a reliable stream of hot water, and protect our planet. If your water heater is more than 10 years old, it is time to consider an upgrade.
