The i4h hackathon-styled competition is looking for multidisciplinary teams of innovators with expertise in engineering, science, nursing, business, and medicine to develop functional prototypes that address medical challenges. Update on Foothills Campus - Hospital Drive lane closures and Lot 6/North parking
The final phase of duct bank installation for the new Calgary Cancer Centre will continue to require significant temporary lane closures on Hospital Drive North The duration of this final phase, which began Sept. 18, is expected to be two to three weeks.Lot 6/North Parking will remain open 24 hours a day with entry and exit possible throughout the entire construction period. Exiting right (westbound) from the lot will be provided by a new temporary road and additional signage will be placed inside the lot to help guide vehicles to get into the correct lane for a left or right turn.

Donate your used books in support of United Way
We’re currently collecting gently used books (any genre for any age) for the CSM’s annual Used Book Sale, happening November 26 to 28, 2018. Collection boxes have been placed by the Health Sciences Centre information desk, the Bookstore and the Teaching, Research and Wellness security desk. All proceeds from the book sale will be invested in our Calgary community through United Way. Contact Ron Bailey at for more information.
