EXPO BABEL

The drawings of Julio Pastor's exhibition "Babel" in "galerie with tsjalling:" represent two sides of the story of the tower of Babel. Pastor investigates architecture as a means of displaying power and combines that idea with failing communication.

Originally from Mexico City, he lived in the Dutch city of Groningen for seven years. Moving from one of the largest metropoles in the world to a conurbation of just 200.000 inhabitants had an important influence on how he understands the impact of urban infrastructure.

Date: 29th of June - 20 of July
Time: Wed - Fri 12:00 - 17:00, Sat 11:00 - 17:00
Cost: free entrance
Location: galerie with tsjalling: (Kostersgang 26-a, Groningen)
