The Better-late-than-never edition of

Hello <<First Name>>,
The weekend lineup is below but first...

WEY have a winner!

Congratulations to our Eight (str-bow) Tim, Jack, Justin, Scott, Stan, Louis, Charles, James, with cox Joe, for reclaiming the Murtough Cup!

And to all who raced at the Hyne Cup, very well done.

Many thanks of course to Start-area marshal, Clive Ca; Start timekeepers, Matt ‘Beagles', Henry S, Mark L and Judy; our supporters from the 200 Club, rallied by Greg; and for afters, Suzanne O'D and Mark J for the food and drinks.

Thanks also to Walton for playing host this year; next year, our turn.

Full and final results are here, with some photos and video footage (thanks to Lisa).
A thank-you too to...
Graham Ca for repairing Either Wey (following a recent incident) and One Wey (no known incident) but in need of a little TLC; also JK's Wey. And just when you thought nothing was happening with regard to the fish pass... It isn't! Still, Graham has been busy also crafting on our behalf a claim for the reduced access to our fleet, our pontoon and the general disruption, plus the sheer number of hours coordinating matters over the yet-to-be-finished fish pass.

Rachel for taking delivery of our new Kanghua 2x/- (c. 80 kg) - Bye-bye Basil - Hello Winning Weys - and for her continued efforts and energy coordinating our schools rowing programme, the Community Regatta (got a team or two? Got August 2nd in the diary?), as well as some daytime rowing - and what glorious weather we've been having!

On Daytime Rowing, then...

To gauge interest in restarting Friday morning (07:30-ish) coached sessions with John K-T, please follow this link to the usual signup sheet, go to the 'Daytime Rowing (March)' tab (only for now) and add your name and interest/availability, as ever, 'y' or 'n'.
