A couple key notices and reminders
Coach Tom Oades who started with us on Monday has prepared a training plan for the rest of this week - see below. As part of getting to know us over the coming weeks, he asks that we record our average split times as indicated here - just add your name if not already listed
For those signed up, the Capsize & Recovery Drill run by Caroline Turnbull will be at Cranmore School [map of location] from 2pm
Please ensure you read in full the Club's Safety Brochure [PDF]. Theoretical knowledge along with practical on-water experience is key to receiving your Certificate of Competency and later your Certificate of Watermanship: general, as a bow-steer, in a single, and as a cox
