WEY to lineup this weekend.

This new e-mail format may be a one-hit wonder or maybe not even a hit but me just left wondering if you read it or enjoy reading it - do let me know anyway.

Reminder
Men's squad meeting this Saturday 09:45, likely in the men's changing room as elsewhere will be too busy or noisy.
So where am I sitting and sweating?
Nom, nom, nom: Breakfast Club is back!
With thanks to Suzanne O'Dell, the Breakfast Club will operate from this Saturday and Sunday from about 09:30 to 12:00, and with help from members, through to Christmas. Please bring cash in smaller denominations. A bacon butty for instance is around just £2.50.

Done and dusted your 5k?

Keen to race Burway SBH (02-Dec) or Walton SBH (09-Dec) and asking yourself, am I competitive? Do a 5k. Or am I fit enough? Do a 5k. Want to know how you compare with your peers or previous times you set? Do a 5k...

...then let me know how you get on by Mon 30-Oct... this year! Other than a time trial, there are few other ways to know where you're at.

Erg paradise or erg hell?!

Please support our bid for a Community AED

Voting has started and ends in about 25 days. You need to register with Aviva to vote for our project for a Community Automatic External Defibrillator (AED, project ref. 17-4011).

You can opt out of marketing messages and do not need any Aviva policies to vote. Cast all your 10 votes to our project or share around projects as you wish.

The Weyfarers Christmas Dinner Dance
No doubt you received the e-mail invite from Social Secretary, Anitra, but if not, here it is again - click the image above for the full invite and menu.

Do join the festivities with our sister club, Weyfarers.
Book your tickets by 12-Nov
And lastly, only as it was mentioned last week, there is still time to vote your way to the Wallingford Head, Sun 26-Nov with entries opening around 10 days before and closing once fully subscribed or by the evening of the Wednesday before event. If there is not enough interest in racing this head and if cannot trailer ourselves or share with another local club going, then clearly it's a no-go.
