Patty Stillwell, who started working at the Jackson County Detention Center a few months ago after a career with the Haywood County Detention Center, was arrested and charged on Friday with five felony counts of providing contraband to inmates. Until her arrest Friday, Stillwell was employed with Macon County Animal Control. Stillwell is scheduled to appear in court on February 21, 2022.
