Happy Monday! It is another BEAUTIFUL rainy day in WNC! I went Live on Facebook Sunday morning and got such a great response I am going to attempt to make it a regular thing. Beginning this Sunday, I will go live at 2 p.m. to cook and answer your questions from the week about projects, events, or just anything you are curious about that you might not know where else to look!

I will also let you all know first that I have started to look for other more permeant employment options. I will always continue the Southern Scoop because I believe rural Western North Carolina deserves to be educated and informed... however I have reached a point that I will need to start looking at other financial options for my family because The Southern Scoop isn't at the level I need it to be at for me to consider it fulltime. Hopefully, this will only be temporary and as things pick back up this Spring, advertising will increase and I will be able to keep providing news at the level I have been.

As always, thank you so much for all of your support, love, and encouragement.
