Hiking:

Women's Great Smoky Mountains Waterfall Backpacking Trip-
May 1 at 9 AM – May 3 at 5 PM  Enjoy one of our favorite sections of Great Smoky Mountains National Park on this 3 day, 2 night backpacking trip! This hike is a loop of about 16 miles, with a gentle uphill for the first half and gently downhill for the second half. The terrain is generally smooth and well-graded, with wide gravel paths in some areas and short sections of narrow non-technical trail. You'll see 3 of Great Smoky Mountains National Park's beautiful waterfalls, and will hike creekside for most of the trip. This itinerary is low intensity, designed to have lower mileage and a pace designed to accommodate a wide variety of fitness levels, leaving plenty of time to take in the scenery and look for wildflowers. It is an ideal first backpacking trip, or an opportunity for more experienced backpackers to slow down a bit.
For more information or to register for this trip, check out our website: https://blueridgehikingco.com/.../womenswaterfalls_may2021
