Jim Ahern retires after 38 years in CBS Kilkenny
Then and Now!

This month JIM AHERN announced his retirement from CBS Kilkenny, having taught here for 38 years. Jim's positive outlook and cheerful disposition will be missed by staff and students alike. We wish Jim every health and happiness in his retirement and we hope he will visit us regularly.

We have just finished digitising the photographs which line the walls of CBS Kilkenny and we want to share them with you, to bring back memories of your time in CBS Kilkenny.

To kick us off, here are the Rice Cup team of 2001, the Leaving Cert Class of 1996 and a photo of unknown date!
