A big welcome to everyone back to CBS Kilkenny for the 2018 - 2019 academic year. We hope you had a very pleasant and enjoyable summer break and we wish everyone the very best for the year ahead.

LEAVING CERTIFICATE RESULTS 2018
Warmest congratulations to our Class of 2018 who must be very proud of their results. They worked really hard, and all of that hard work has paid off. We wish you every success in your future lives and careers, and we hope you will always feel a sense of belonging to CBS Kilkenny.

FIRST YEAR STUDENTS 2018
A huge Céad Míle Fáilte to our youngest members of the CBS Kilkenny community - our First Year students. We wish you every happiness in CBS Kilkenny, and we hope you make lots of new friends and settle into your new school very quickly. We are here to help you, no matter how big or small your problem seems.

NEW SCHOOL NEWS
We are absolutely delighted to confirm that after a decade of intense negotiation and lobbying, CBS Kilkenny will be relocated to a brand new campus on the Dunningstown Road. The project has gone to design stage which means that we can expect the building to go to planning stage within the next year. During August, we enjoyed a visit from John Paul Phelan, Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government, who has been a great supporter of CBS Kilkenny in our endeavours to secure a new school.
