  • The state Legislature adopted a pair of resolutions drafted by MCUL opposing the IRS proposal.
Key Federal Issues
  • The focus remains squarely on efforts to finalize a deal on “Build Back Better” (BBB).
  • The NCUA Board of Directors adopted two final rules regarding CUSOs and the CAMEL rating system.
