Dear friends,

Please join in tomorrow morning as Pastor Dillon continues the worship series  "A Family Divided". Based on the book of Obadiah in the Old Testament, this series shows us God's character and invites us to to see all people as family and fellow children of God. Below is the bulletin for the service and information about the virtual coffee hour to follow.

You can watch recordings of the live stream any time after worship or use our at-home worship guides which are posted to our website - this week's guide can be found here.

I look forwarding to worshiping with you tomorrow!

Hymn Preview / Prelude

Hymn  Rejoice, the Lord Is King (UMH 715, lyrics)

Opening Prayer
    God of Eternity,
We stand with all who have insisted,
even in the most perilous times,
that not even this world’s most powerful rulers
hold our eternal destiny in their hands.

        We are secure in Christ,
        whose reign is just,
        whose power is endless,
        and whose love is unfathomable.

We join the chorus of saints
    whose courageous claims echo
    with continuous declaration:
    Christ is our King.

Exalted One, we put our trust in the fulfillment
of your promise for a day when all will be united
in your family. May our gifts, gladly offered,

as our brothers and sisters. We pray with hope,
with praise, and with thanksgiving in our hearts. Amen.

Sending Forth  Heralds of Christ (UMH 567, lyrics)
