If you find any discrepancies, please revise them on these sheets and EMS to ensure ExCEL has the must current contact information for your CBO/Site.

ExCEL SFUSD EMAILS REQUESTS for SITES
To request a NEW* SFUSD Email please follow the steps below:

• Make a PDF copy and complete the SCHOOL YEAR ExCEL CBO AUP TEMPLATE for each staff person
• Complete pages 3 AND 4, and drop completed forms into your agency’s folder 
• Submit SFUSD Email Requests for SY 2021 - 22 HERE  
• Please include the link of your completed form in your Email Request. 

ATTENDANCE REMINDERS
The first lock of the calendar year was processed on Monday, February 7th. Please refer to this sheet for the rest of the EMS lock dates for the rest of the school year.
If you missed inputting attendance before the lock date, please submit an EMS Attendance Request.
