Hello, Rio Crossing friends and neighbors!

This month’s newsletter is already late, so I’ll be brief and stick to the facts.

Bulk Trash: As always, the week of the second Monday of the month. For January 2021, that’s January 11-15. As you probably know, Avondale city crews usually don’t get to Rio Crossing until Friday of the week. Normally they also send a street sweeper through some time the following week.

Holiday Pickup: There will be a holiday pickup week, January 18-22, due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday on the 18th. Trash pickup is Tuesday January 19; recycling pickup is Friday January 22.

Board Meeting: The association board has their next scheduled meeting on Thursday, January 28, at 7pm. As we did through most of 2020, we’ll be meeting online with GoToMeeting provided by our management company, PDS. Homeowners are always encouraged to attend. Please contact Lisa for the meeting link and other info.

PDS Moved: Our management company, Planned Development Services (though we generally refer to them as PDS), moved to a new physical location late last year. Please see their main web page for more information.
