Positive changes you can make for sustainable living.

Hello <<First Name>>

We have received such lovely words of encouragement since One Home launched so thank you to everyone who has supported us so far.

The record-breaking temperatures over the last few weeks are welcomed by many, particularly those with solar energy. However, wild fires and rivers running dry are a stark reminder of the reality of global warming. That's why One Home aims to encourage as many people as possible to enjoy sustainable, healthy lifestyles.

On that note, we would love to add your story to the One Home website. We received feedback that testimonials from people who have already made low carbon choices provide great motivation to others who wish to follow suit.

We would really appreciate it if you shared some of your experiences on actions you have taken to go green. This could include a car-free commute, solar panels at home, a vegan meal, plastic free shopping or a UK holiday. Please contact us on social@climatealliance.org.uk with your story.

One Home has been in the news quite a lot recently, advocating the switch to electric cars, as well as encouraging more cycling, walking and public transport in towns and cities. This subject generated a lot of debate but it is particularly important as the Climate Change Committee reported that transport is the biggest source of carbon dioxide emissions in the UK.

As always your feedback is welcome and fingers crossed there is some rain soon.

Best wishes,

- Angela and the One Home team
