My Brothers,
Lodges must hold elections each year. Lodges must hold installations for the Pillars who will be serving for the ensuing year.
There are protocols that must be adhered to unless alternatives are granted by the Grand Lodge of California.
Consuelo #325 usually holds elections at the November Stated Meeting. This year, we will hold them at our December 14th, Stated Meeting so that we may properly notify our Brethren of the elections and to prepare for the elections.
Please take notice of the date December 14th. We will be holding elections on this date.
Only Master Masons may vote.
The Slate of incoming officers to vote upon unless there are any other nominations, are:
Brother Jesse Middleton-Master for 2021
Brother Jeff Powell-Senior Warden for 2021
Brother Jon Rick-Junior Warden
Worshipful Brother Doug Ford-Secretary
Worshipful Brother Geroge Tegart-Treasurer
This assumes that all have completed the qualifications for the Office they are running for.

From Grand Lodge, my comments in bold:
1) Lodges must make it possible for all brethren in attendance at a virtual stated meeting to be able to contribute their voice on all issues - function will be at the will and pleasure of the Master. We will be using Zoom for the virtual meeting. It will allow our Brothers, that do not have computer access, to phone in and participate in the voting process. Voting will take place as the last function of the night.
2) All bills approved by the executive committee during COVID must be read/approved during the first virtual stated meeting.
3) Virtual Elections must be held (even if the current officer corps is moving forward) in November or December 2020. We will be holding elections on December 14th. Elections will be the last function of the night.
4) Installations will be virtual this year (format forthcoming from GL). We will be sending out Installation details as soon as we hear back from Grand Lodge regarding the protocols for Installations.
The details of how the virtual elections process will be sent out in a separate email.
