Logic Commercial Real Estate
Remington Nevada is excited to announce their partnership with Jason Otter and Chris Richardson, CCIM of Logic Commercial Real Estate at Mountain’s Edge Marketplace. Logic CRE is a Nevada founded firm with offices in both Las Vegas and Reno. Agents Jason, Chris, and their team specialize in Retail Landlord Leasing and tenant representation. Logic CRE and their agents leverage local real estate knowledge and relationships to provide institutional quality service and consulting to their clients. Jason and Chris (pictured above) are excited to join Remington Nevada in providing brokerage services for their new retail developments. Mountain’s Edge Marketplace is currently under construction with prominent retail suites still available for lease. This development is anchored by Albertsons, and includes key tenants such as Chase Bank, Procare Medical Center, Edge Dental Group, Burger King, T-Mobile and other exciting concepts and offerings. Construction has started on five new buildings, consisting of 51,000 square feet. These buildings are slated for completion in October 2018.
We are commencing Phase 3 of SanTan Pavilions (Gilbert, AZ) next month. This next phase will consist of six buidings and 60,000 square feet of leaseable space. The expected completion of Phase 3 is November 2018. Current tenants include At Home Furnishings, Panera Bread, Sport Clips, Verizon Wireless, and more.
