Groundbreaking at Gilbert Warner
We are pleased to share that we recently broke ground on our latest retail development project in Arizona. Gilbert, Arizona is one of the fastest growing cities in the country, so this development initiative was a natural progression and a strategic investment for our team. Gilbert Warner will mark our third Arizona development, now joining SanTan Pavilions and Troon North. The approximately 95,000 square foot Gilbert Warner shopping center will complement the surrounding community with an urban layout that connect tenants and shoppers to the nearby Gilbert Civic Center, Banner Gateway Hospital and Alliance’s Broadstone Gilbert Heritage project which features luxury apartments.
