This past month, we closed two transactions at our Southern Nevada developments. Chase Bank at Mountain’s Edge Marketplace closed with a sale price of $3.8 million at a 4.6% cap rate. Terrible Herbst at Desert Inn and Rainbow closed a 20-year ground lease with a sale price of $3 million at a 6% cap rate
