Remington is eager to announce that this spring we will break ground on our highly-anticipated Skye Canyon Village retail center, a project that has been years in the making. We look forward to establishing our commercial footprint in an area that has been described as one of the valley’s most desirable master planned communities. Skye Canyon Village will boast over 240,000 square feet of retail space, definitively marked by a 13-acre Smith’s Marketplace that opened in Spring 2018. Estimated completion for Skye Canyon Village is scheduled for summer 2020, and there is one remaining pad available that includes a drive through. Mountains Edge Marketplace Welcomes Orangetheory

Meet our Project Coordinator, Anna Delamora. Anna will celebrate one  year with Remington next month. Anna’s primary responsibilities include coordinating development and design activities for Remington’s properties and managing key aspects of the project cycle from site control and entitlement through construction and completion. Anna’s eagerness to grow and share her talents across many facets of the business has allowed her to thrive in her role, and she has been a key contibutor to Remington’s success!
