Announcing our newest project, The Boulevard Plaza!
This month, we revealed one of our most exciting projects to date, The Boulevard Plaza. This new undertaking will involve the complete redevelopment of approximately 17-acres of land on the southeast corner of Maryland Parkway and Desert Inn Road adjacent to The Boulevard Mall. One particularly exciting aspect of the project will be the transformation of the 190,000+ square foot former Sears building along with the redevelopment of nearby vacant land to feature 4 new retail pads and adjacent in-line shops. The Boulevard Plaza announcement marks a major milestone for our team and another opportunity to continue expanding our Nevada footprint. The Boulevard Plaza is located in a very promising area of town, just two miles from the Strip, UNLV, and the Las Vegas Convention Center, making it highly attractive to both business owners and shoppers. We anticipate completion of the property in summer 2021.

Keep an eye out for new updates as we progress. We also look forward to soon revealing the intended use for the former Sears building!

Working closely with the dedicated team at LOGIC has allowed us to maximize the potential of the development and attract the types of tenants that our community members value and appreciate. We have been able to strategically leverage LOGIC’s local expertise and professional brokerage services to drive success here, and we look forward to continuing to strengthen the partnership as we enter our final phase of construction at Mountain’s Edge.
Meet our Chief Operating Officer, Rick Stevens. Rick has been with Remington Nevada for nearly 3 years and oversees the general management and day-to-day operations of the business. With over 35 years of career experience, Rick continues to add value to our team and we thank him for his undying work ethic and dedication to the business. Outside of the office, Rick enjoys cycling and spending time with his two daughters.
