The public benefits from election choices!

From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., with clipboards in hand, an assortment of City of Prescott office candidate hopefuls will be ready to talk to you about their positions and ask for signatures on their petitions in order to qualify as candidates running for office.

The 2023 Primary Election will be held on August 1, 2023.
The 2023 General Election will be held on November 7, 2023.

Seats up for election are:
Mayor (currently held by Phil Goode)
Councilmember (currently held by Connie Cantelme, Short Term 2023-2025)
Councilmember (currently held by Cathey Rusing)
Councilmember (currently held by Steve Sischka)
Councilmember (currently held by Clark Tenney)

Once candidates qualify to run in the 2023 election, you can vote for the ones you think will best serve the City of Prescott. As the election cycle proceeds, we’ll keep you informed of other signing opportunities, candidate forums, and other important election information to help you make informed,  empowered decisions for our community's future.
