Shuttle Updates

Please click HERE for up-to-date Commute.org shuttle schedules.

There are revised schedules to many of our routes to align with the current Caltrain and BART services. Some routes, including Norfolk and those serving the SSF Ferry Terminal, have been temporarily suspended.

Despite the Hillsdale station reopening, Caltrain shuttles in San Mateo and Foster City will continue to serve the Belmont station until further notice.

Commute.org reminds passengers to follow these safety measures when riding:

Per CDC guidelines for riding public transit, face coverings must be worn at all times on board.
- For those who are fully vaccinated, see CDC's guidelines: "You will still be required to wear a mask on planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation..."
Wash or sanitize your hands before and after
Avoid touching your face
Cough or sneeze into your elbow
Stay home if you feel sick

Hand sanitizers are installed on all vehicles, and at present, ridership allows for ample social distancing.

Calling Brisbane Crocker Park (Balboa Park BART) shuttle riders!

Starting on June 24^th (Thursday), the shuttle stop location at Balboa Park BART will permanently move to a new location, due to construction of the new Upper Yard housing and retail development at the station. The new stop location will be located at the “Passenger Loading Zone” on Geneva Avenue, before the intersection of Geneva and Delano Avenue (see attached images).

Below are the shuttle routes that will be affected by this stop location change (schedules will remain the same):

Brisbane-Crocker Park
Daly City Bayshore

Shuttle riders can sign up to receive Text Alerts on their mobile phone by texting the Alert Code for their route to (833) 426-6688. Alerts are sent only to subscribers in the event of service changes, interruptions and emergencies. To see the list of Alert Codes and to subscribe, please click HERE.
