Voluntary Sharing Of Vaccine Status

To help the university make better decisions about vaccine needs for the campus, consider voluntarily sharing your vaccine status if you have been vaccinated elsewhere.

Follow the steps below to share your vaccine information with NC State:

  1. Click here and log into the HealthyPack Portal with your NC State credentials.
  2. Select “Immunization” from the top menu.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and expand the items under the COVID-19 Vaccines header.
  4. Enter the date(s) that you received each vaccine dose for the brand you were given.
  5. Submit to HealthyPack.
Coin For Exceptional Service
Grounds and Building Services employee Mark Shoe was instrumental in the installation of a donated small aircraft between Engineering Building 2 and Engineering Building 3 off The Oval. This donated aircraft is both an educational piece for the College of Engineering and an art installation. Mark provided leadership and expertise in the following:
  • Mounting bracket installation and connections to the aircraft,
  • Coordination of the "delivery" of the aircraft from storage to the site,
  • Preparing the aircraft for the vinyl wrap
  • Detailing and installing the hardware needed to secure the moveable fins on the wings, and
  • Waterproofing the cockpit.
Lynn Swank, CPM Project Manager, stated that "Mark took a personal interest in ensuring this project's success.  His enthusiasm and detail-oriented commitment was unsurpassed."
Lake Raleigh Bike Trail
The north mountain bike loop trail (#2) is currently in construction at Lake Raleigh. Four of our own Horticultural Specialists --  Alex Burnette, Jake Baker, Zac Godfrey, and John Moorman -- are working with the contractor to build this trail. With their help, the campus is able to build more trail while saving costs. Also, it is an opportunity for the contractor to help train NC State's Grounds Services staff on best practices of trail building.
Vaccine Registration Multilingual Support
Facilities Division provided Spanish and French in-person support for those who wanted to learn more about the vaccine and register for a spot on campus. Pictured, Brian Carter leading the step-by-step instruction while Luis Gaitan provides Spanish interpretation.

The PackVax clinic is open and located in the Talley Ballroom. For up-to-date information including limited walk ups available without registration, check the NC State PackVax twitter account. Specifically for the Facilities Division, visit the Facilities Employees and COVID-19 website for step-by-step vaccine registration instruction and all other information.
