Women in Leadership and Management in Animal Health

Meet Your Board

My name is Lesli Stasiek, and I am the Secretary for WILMAH, as well as the Global Strategic Talent Management Advisor at Elanco. Elanco has been in my family for over 35 years. My dad started his career at Elanco, so working at Elanco has had a special meaning to me. I watched my dad grow his career as a servant leader, with a strong work ethic, humble attitude and focus on developing his employees to help grow the organization, all of which have influenced my career and how I lead today.
I was in sales and marketing for my entire career until recently, when I took my current role. It came as a surprise to many people that I made the switch, but I am really enjoying it. I feel it is allowing me to lean into my strengths and believe it is a testament to my philosophy of always continuing to challenge myself and grow, as well as pushing the boundaries of the norm.

I am an Indiana girl born and raised, but that doesn’t mean I don’t like to travel! I studied abroad in Spain in college and was fortunate enough to travel globally quite a bit in my last role, which was amazing, as I love learning about new cultures. I also love the lake. It is my happy place. It is my dream to live on a lake someday, allowing me to come home and try to achieve some sort of work/life balance (if that’s possible??) where my home feels like a retreat from the craziness of life.

I joined WILMAH at its founding, seeing an amazing opportunity to not only help build the organization from the ground up but to be a part of something that I am so passionate about. I have two girls, Adeline (Addy) who is 10 and Gwendolyn (Gwen) who is 7, and I want them to grow up in a world where they have no obstacles in achieving their dreams, whatever those may be. Being a part of WILMAH enables me to influence shaping and changing the future for women in this industry, as well as my girls.

“Here’s to strong women. May we know them. May we be them. May we raise them.

Thank You For Being a
Patron Sponsor!
The Callahan Agency's clients hire them for services. But they don’t really want services, they want outcomes. To get to those outcomes, Callahan has a unique approach that sets them apart from other agencies. Their approach starts with front-end data analysis to help you better understand your consumer, your business and how to market more effectively. Unlike other agencies that use analytics only to measure post-campaign KPIs, they begin with data.

Callahan's front-end data analysis approach solves the kinds of problems that keep you up at night.
  • Under pressure to justify your marketing spend?
  • Being asked to do more with less budget?
  • Hitting your marketing KPIs but not your sales goals?
Take a few minutes to learn more about Callahan and the products and services they offer. Thank you Callahan for your support!
