November stats are staggering.
The 10 year average shows that we typically have about 1000 homes for buyers to choose from in November. Last year that number dropped to 300. Currently, we have only 100 homes for sale in all of Eastside!
With the growing number of buyers, we are seeing sales at an average of 14% above asking and many going 30-40%. Year over year appreciation is currently at 35% and up 4.6% from last month.
