We hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving! We were fortunate enough to spend the afternoon and enjoy a delicious meal with our neighbors, the Keblishes. We buy their cow’s milk to make our Kuyahoora Creme Cheese. So, although they are not officially “family”, they sure feel like family.

Like so many, we have been careful during the pandemic not to attend large gatherings. We have avoided holiday parties and have been genuine homebodies. In many ways, it is easier to stay at home, binge watching Ted Lasso.

But it felt good to sit around the table again, in the company of good friends!

Treat Yourself to a Night Out

We mentioned it last week, but it bears repeating! GET YOUR TICKETS for a fantastic evening of cheese & wine pairings to benefit the Little Falls Cheese Festival. Attendees will enjoy tastings and learn why particular wines and cheeses (and other goodies!) pair so well; and have the opportunity to buy for the holiday entertainment and gift-giving rush.

The fundraiser takes place Thursday, December 1st, 5-7pm, at the festively decorated Creative Designs by Tiffany in Dolgeville. Professional cheese monger Abbey of Callee1945 and local vintner Meghan of Ann Street Liquors have prepared four fabulous, crowd-pleasing wine and cheese pairings.

Musical entertainment provided by the regionally acclaimed Kyle Ossont Jazz Trio.

Plus, EACH TICKET PURCHASED enters bearer into a drawing for one of three (3) gift baskets, each featuring three local cheeses, a locally handcrafted cheese board, and artisanal accompaniments! (Must be present to win.)

The Week Ahead

Our farm store is open daily, 10am-5pm. Avoid the seasonal road between our farm and Schuyler. Follow Route 28 north out of Herkimer instead!

Can’t make it to the farm? Find many of our goodies listed on Local Foods Mohawk Valley and Off the Muck Market.

Thank you for your tremendous support. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you!
