IT’S LEADERSHIP APPRECIATION WEEK!
This week, we celebrate our school leaders! I am extremely grateful for this team and could not do this work without them! Leading a school comes with its ups and downs, especially during a pandemic! Our school’s progress is because of the leaders of our school. Please join me in sharing gratitude to each one of the deans!

IN PERSON LEARNING UPDATE
Our tentative return back to in person learning (for the families who selected to go in person) will be on April 19th. This date will be confirmed by the Achievement First network by April 5, 2021. Remember, in order for our schools to open, the infection rate across Brooklyn must be below 5%. We will communicate as soon as the decision is made.
In order to get ready for the return day, we will have Asynchronous learning days on April 14th, April 15th, and April 16th. This means that scholars will sign in for attendance and to receive their daily assignments. The reason we will have asynchronous learning days is to have safety meetings with all staff to ensure we are clear on our school safety measures. We will also be reviewing the hybrid curriculum as it will slightly change from what we have been doing/using.
Please hold these dates unless Achievement First states we will not be opening. We will communicate all final decisions by April 5, 2021.
REFER A STUDENT!
We are rapidly approaching our lottery day! We have seats available in Kindergarten and 1st grade! Please brag about our school to any friends and families and help us get to 100% in all grades!
