Advent is a special time in our year. It is when all the decorations go up, we usually sing Christmas carols and there are many a celebration between friends and family. It is also a time of anticipation or active waiting.
This week our devotion takes a closer look at actively waiting during advent with a special focus on PEACE. With so many references to PEACE in the Bible, it soon becomes clear how important this advent virtue is in the ministry of grace. Read along in Colossians 3:12-15, Isaiah 9:2, and John 14: 27, and Philippians 4:5-7 as our minister leads our second Advent devotion for 2021. May God's PEACE be a gift to you and through you to our community! Shalome.
