Thursday March 14 Faith Network Monthly Meeting - 11 am-12 pm at Westminster Presbyterian Church 

A lot of information is shared in these meetings - join us if you can. We will also host a farewell fiesta for Jeanette after the meeting. All are welcome!

Sunday March 17 Refuge(e) Film Screening & Discussion, hosted by the Faith Network and Santa Fe Dreamers Project - 4-5:30 pm at Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 107 W Barcelona Rd.

Sunday March 24 Private Prison Divestment Training at First Presbyterian Church, 2-4 pm 

Prison Divest New Mexico will host a community organizing meeting, in follow-up to the screenings. Jamie Trinkle, a community organizer from Portland, Oregon, who was an integral part of the successful campaign to divest the City of Portland from private prisons, will lead a community conversation and action training event about how we can build a similar movement here in Santa Fe. 

Saturday April 27 The League of Women Voters is sponsoring a public forum on immigration. 2-4 pm at Unitarian Universalist Congregation. Speakers include: Marcela Diaz, Somos Un Pueblo Unido; Allegra Love, Santa Fe Dreamers Project; Santa Fe City Councilor Renee Villarreal, and Rebekah Wolf, NM Immigrant Law Center.
