As part of the Oregon Clinical and Translational Research Institute Research Forum, this pre-recorded presentation explores case report forms (CRFs), standardized documents in which the study team records data collected in a clinical trial. This seminar covers definitions, operational considerations, and data requirements, while focusing on data outputs (data analysis, regulatory reporting, repository storage) to inform the content and form (paper/electronic) of your CRFs.
