Starting now through April 2022, In Our Own Words will feature a monthly category from the CCTR metric – Team Science, Mentorship, Grant Writing, Grant Success, Publications and more.

Cohorts for Change Resources

The Cohorts for Change series continues with our third workshop “Undoing the Historical Legacy of Racism in Research.” This workshop will examine the historical medical mistreatment of patients and scientists, explore the impact of institutional racism, and discuss opportunities for CTSA Program hubs to more effectively engage in their local communities. The workshops are limited to selected participants but topic resource pages are open to all.

Help Recruit for Clinical Trial on Rare Mucociliary Clearance Disorder

The Genetic Disorders of Mucociliary Clearance Consortium is recruiting for the clinical study, “Functional Studies of Novel Genes Mutated in Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia II: Genotype to Phenotype”. 

This project is focused specifically on recruiting subjects who have confirmed mutations in RSPH1.
