We are excited to let you know that we are holding our Annual Convention in Sacramento between April 20^th and April 23rd and wanted to make sure that you know that as a membership organization each of our District PTAs has 3 voting delegates, in addition to your District President, who is a voting member of the Board of Managers.  

Both voting and non-voting delegates are welcome to attend convention. 

Individuals indicating that they are your Districts voting delegate, will need to certify/attest that they are your Districts voting delegate.  District Delegates are a member of a unit, and will have to provide a copy of that unit membership card during registration.  They must select District as who they represent during the registration process.

Please make sure that all of your unit’s membership remittances have been passed on so they may have the correct number of voting delegates.
