Introducing Einhorn Collaborative:
See our humanity in a new light
Hi <<First Name>>,
No matter who we are, how we live, or what we believe, we all share a deep, instinctual need and capacity for human connection and belonging. It’s at the core of our shared humanity — and baked into our DNA.
And yet, today as we navigate the realities of a global pandemic, economic crisis, and racial justice reckoning, we face a deeper challenge that lies at the heart of all others — a crisis of human connection. All around us, more and more Americans are living in isolation, loneliness, anxiety, and fear. And our economic, political, and social systems are making it worse — by pushing us further apart and eroding our faith in our institutions and each other.
Today, we face a simple and inescapable truth: we cannot solve our nation’s most complex and urgent challenges unless we see, hear, and understand each other first.
To help meet this moment, we are pleased to share our new mission, vision, and strategy as Einhorn Collaborative. As we begin this new chapter, we are more dedicated than ever to the belief that human connection is foundational to our individual and collective thriving.
Below, you can learn more about our vision and plans for the future. Our Founder and Trustee David Einhorn shares why this work matters now more than ever. Our team’s Strategy Leads offer details behind our new focus areas of Bonding, Bridging, and Building — three interdependent, mutually reinforcing strategies guiding our work. And we share some of the lessons we have learned from you along the way.

We also know you likely have questions and may want to know more. Therefore, we are pleased to invite you to a virtual gathering we are hosting on October 22nd from 4 to 5:30 PM ET.  We encourage you to sign up here and join us at that session, so you can ask questions and learn more about our work ahead.
Across every generation, our ability to work together in common purpose has fueled our greatest achievements and safeguarded our progress in times of challenge and change. It is now time for all of us to lead this work today. It’s because of you that we feel more prepared and committed than ever to realize the power of human connection in our nation – and to work together to see our humanity in a new light.
With love,
Jenn Hoos Rothberg + the Einhorn Collaborative Team

We are partnering with NationSwell on the Build It Back Better initiative focused on helping rebuild America in the context of the dual pandemics of COVID-19 and ongoing racial injustice. The goal is to advance solutions that are more equitable, inclusive, and resilient.

We’re delighted to invite you to the kick-off event for the track we’re shaping, The Relational Era: A Culture of Connection, Bridging, and Belonging, happening on Tuesday, September 15 from 1:00-2:00 pm ET.
